THOMAS A. ADDLEMAN
Thomas Addleman received his Bachelors Degree in Finance and Business Administration from Westminster College in 1999. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri, Kansas City – School of Law in 2002. He is admitted to practice in both Missouri and Kansas state and federal courts. Tom enjoys the practice of law and in particular, trial practice. His primary focus is consumer law but he also serves as the City Attorney/Prosecutor for a number of communities in Missouri. This allows him to spend significant amounts of time in the courtroom honing his trial skills and interacting with members of the legal community.
Tom primarily litigates matters arising in Federal Court under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act. He also regularly serves as defense counsel in Missouri and Kansas state debt defense cases. He is a member of numerous bar associations, civic groups and conservation organizations. When not practicing law, Tom spends his time with his wife Robin and their twin boys; Dean and Tred. Tom enjoys adventure hunting, travel and everything outdoors.
ANDREW M. ESSELMAN
Andrew Esselman received his Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas in 2009. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri, Kansas City – School of Law in 2012 where he focused on civil litigation. He received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, Kansas City – Bloch School of Management in 2013 where he focused on entrepreneurship and small business management. He began his career focusing on small business transactional law and has successfully assisted several start-up ventures in bringing new products or services into the marketplace.
Andrew focuses his work at Addleman Law Firm on consumer rights litigation. He primarily handles matters arising under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act. He also regularly handles state debt defense cases. Additionally, Andrew is the City Attorney for the City of Amsterdam, MO. He is licensed to practice law in both Kansas and Missouri state and federal courts and is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. When not practicing law, he spends his time assisting small businesses launch their ideas, refine their business models, and stay aware of the latest entrepreneurial opportunities available. Andrew spends his time away from work with his wife Katie and their two dogs. Andrew is an avid sports enthusiast, regularly playing golf, basketball, softball and other sporting activities.
Creighton Mayo graduated from Florida State University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in History. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri- Kansas City, School of Law in 2012. He is licensed to practice law in both Missouri state and federal courts. Creighton is a member of the Missouri Bar and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. He began his legal career specializing in legal research and plaintiff’s litigation.
Creighton, through his work at the Addleman Law Firm, is responsible for handling consumer rights litigation, as well as debt settlement cases. He frequently manages matters arising under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Creighton spends his leisure time on his farm with his family, on the golf course, or out supporting Kansas City’s professional sports teams.
Keith Williston specializes in complex consumer cases at Credit Law Center. With a background in healthcare and state politics, Keith excels at finding the heart of complicated issues. Keith’s primary focus is on the state and federal consumer protection laws, like the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act, the federal Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Keith has argued in the state appellate court and successfully represented clients at the trial level in both state and federal court.
Keith received his Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Avila University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri at Kansas City – School of Law. He is admitted to the Missouri State Bar and admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas Federal District Courts. While not representing consumers, Keith spends his time with his wife and three sons or honing his unique specialty areas in the legal aspects of healthcare regulation.

THOMAS J. ANDERSON
Thomas J. Anderson was born the sixth of nine children in Flint, Michigan in 1955. He grew up from the first grade in Yorba Linda, California until the year he graduated from Laguna Beach High School. The son of an aerospace engineer father and attorney mother, he went on to obtain a degree in Economics from the University of California at Irvine in 1977 and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1979.
Mr. Anderson has practiced law from January 1980 in southwest Iowa, and since 2003 in Omaha, Nebraska. His areas of practice has been banking law, debt collection, real estate, business, probate, family law and some criminal law, as well as serving as a city attorney and being a trial lawyer. He has also been an extensive tax practitioner during that time.
The father of two and grandfather of six, his hobbies include vegetable gardening, cooking, motorcycling, home repair, landscaping and complete house restoration. He also is a licensed contractor and a member of the Patriot Guard.
